Tracy Tutor Files Lawsuit Against Oren Alexander

In a significant legal development, Tracy Tutor has filed a lawsuit against Oren Alexander, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2014. The incident allegedly took place after a dinner with real estate professionals in New York City.

Tutor claims that she lost consciousness after consuming a cocktail handed to her during the dinner. According to her allegations, a friend discovered her in a men’s restroom stall with Alexander, who was reportedly kissing her and touching her inappropriately. Upon regaining consciousness, Tutor found herself in a hotel room that was not her own and noticed that a tampon had been removed.

Oren Alexander, who is 38 years old, has denied the allegations made by Tutor. His attorney, Jason Goldman, stated, “Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact.” This assertion comes amid a broader context of serious legal troubles for Alexander and his brothers.

The lawsuit follows a federal criminal case in which Oren Alexander and his brothers were convicted of sex trafficking. The jury found the Alexander brothers guilty on 10 counts related to a conspiracy involving rape and sexual exploitation. More than 60 women have accused them of being drugged and assaulted, highlighting a troubling pattern of behavior.

During the trial, 11 women testified against the Alexander brothers, revealing a disturbing narrative of abuse. The Alexander brothers, once known as real estate’s “A Team” for their high-ticket sales and celebrity clientele, now face potential sentences of up to life in prison. Their sentencing is scheduled for August.

The case has drawn attention not only for its serious allegations but also for the broader implications it has on the real estate industry and the prevalence of sexual offenses. As Jay Clayton, a representative involved in the case, remarked, “The truth is sex trafficking and other federal sex offenses are present in many walks of life and we have not done enough to root it out.”

In light of these developments, the reactions from the public and other victims have been significant. One unnamed victim expressed, “I don’t want their money. I just don’t want them to have it,” emphasizing the desire for accountability rather than financial compensation. Another victim stated, “If there’s a kid with a stick who keeps hitting people, you take their stick away,” further illustrating the need for decisive action against such behavior.

As the legal proceedings unfold, the implications of Tutor’s lawsuit and the Alexander brothers’ convictions continue to resonate within the real estate community and beyond. Details remain unconfirmed regarding the full extent of the allegations and their impact on those involved.
