High Point University Advances to Big South Championship Final
The High Point University men’s basketball team achieved a significant milestone on March 8, 2026, by advancing to the Air Force Reserve Big South Basketball Championships final after a hard-fought 75-71 victory over UNC Asheville at the Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City, TN.
This victory marks the second consecutive year that High Point University has reached the championship game, showcasing their consistent performance in the Big South Conference.
